At Pure Pebble, we understand that some customers prefer to pay for their purchases upon delivery. To provide a convenient and secure shopping experience, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) exclusively for customers located within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Please read this policy carefully before placing a Cash on Delivery order.

Pure Pebble is owned, operated, and managed by Tradekings Global LLC FZ, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

COD Availability

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for orders delivered within the United Arab Emirates.

Customers located outside the UAE are not eligible for Cash on Delivery and must complete payment using the available prepaid payment methods at checkout.

Order Verification

To help prevent fraudulent orders and ensure successful deliveries, Pure Pebble reserves the right to verify all Cash on Delivery orders before dispatch.

Verification may be completed through:

  • Phone Call

  • SMS

  • WhatsApp Message

  • Email Confirmation

Orders that cannot be verified may be delayed, canceled, or declined at our discretion.

Payment Upon Delivery

Customers selecting Cash on Delivery agree to pay the full order amount at the time of delivery.

Please ensure that:

  • Someone is available to receive the package.

  • The correct payment amount is available.

  • Accurate delivery details are provided during checkout.

Failure to make payment at the time of delivery may result in the order being returned.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers placing Cash on Delivery orders agree to:

  • Provide a valid UAE delivery address.

  • Be available to receive verification communications.

  • Accept delivery within the agreed timeframe.

  • Pay the full order value upon delivery.

Refused Deliveries

Repeated refusal of Cash on Delivery orders creates unnecessary shipping and operational costs.

Pure Pebble reserves the right to:

  • Refuse future Cash on Delivery requests.

  • Restrict certain customers to prepaid payment methods only.

  • Cancel future orders from customers who repeatedly refuse deliveries without valid reason.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

Pure Pebble is not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from:

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Incomplete addresses

  • Incorrect phone numbers

  • Unavailable recipients

Additional delivery attempts or re-delivery fees may apply where applicable.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners may attempt delivery more than once where possible.

If a customer cannot be reached or refuses delivery, the order may be returned to the sender and considered canceled.

Order Cancellations

Customers wishing to cancel a Cash on Delivery order must contact us as soon as possible before the order has been dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Returns and Refunds

Cash on Delivery orders are subject to the same Return & Refund Policy applicable to all purchases.

Approved refunds for Cash on Delivery orders will not be issued in cash.

Refunds may be processed through:

  • Alternative refund methods approved by Pure Pebble

Customers may be required to provide banking information to facilitate approved refunds.

Fraud Prevention

Pure Pebble actively monitors Cash on Delivery transactions to prevent misuse and fraudulent activity.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse suspicious orders

  • Request additional verification

  • Limit Cash on Delivery availability

  • Cancel orders deemed fraudulent or high-risk
